Dental Plan Options
The Sign Pictorial & Display Industry Welfare Fund also offers dental coverage. The Fund utilizes the Anthem Blue Cross Dental Preferred Provider Organization as its dental PPO. You may choose any dentist when you need care; your benefits will go further, however, if you utilize a PPO dentist.
Active Participants
After the annual deductible, the plan pays 70% of the cost of covered dental services. The calendar year maximum benefits paid are $3,000 per person. For orthodontia services (braces), the plan pays 75% up to the lifetime maximum of $2,500 per person.
