The Sign Pictorial & Display Industry Welfare Fund also offer dental coverage. You may choose any dentist when you need care.
Active Participants
After the annual deductible, the plan pays 70% of the cost of covered dental services. The calendar year maximum benefits paid are $3,000 per person. For orthodontia services (braces), the plan pays 75% up to the lifetime maximum of $2,500 per person.
